Fusion 4000 Dual Independent Channels
Syringe Pump

Upgraded to Fusion 4000-X

The Chemyx Fusion 4000 independent dual-channel infusion and withdrawal syringe pump is one of the most unique and advanced lab syringe pump systems on the market. Fusion 4000 has two independent motors that control two independent precision syringe pumps on one platform. The multi-channel infusion pump comes with programmable step-rate functionality and cycle mode which allow this syringe pump to perform complex liquid handling procedures, such as ramping-rate, push-pull, pulseless, reproducible flow rates, oscillatory, and continuous flow requirements for difficult research. The syringe pump applications include lipid nanoparticles, microfluidic mixing, and microfluidic flow control in drug formulation applications. With an all-glass touch screen interface and machined metal design, the Fusion 4000 independent dual-channel syringe pump is chemical resistant, easy to clean, and highly superior durability for lab environments of all types. Backed by Chemyx 2-year limited warranty, you can have confidence with this infusion and withdraw liquid handling syringe pump for reliability and precision for years of service.

Dual Independent Pump Channels

The Fusion 4000 multi-channel syringe pump comes with a dual drive system to allowing two independent pumping channels to be controlled for simultaneous infusion and withdrawal at same/different flows. This allows both syringes to operate in a variety of different ways to accommodate a wide range of applications.

The Fusion multi-channel syringe pumps infuse and withdraw solutions at extremely high precision, and has reproducible flow rates via a state of the art microstepper motor. Easily and effortlessly deliver a wide range of flow rates in precise amounts for a multitude of applications like microfluidics, injections into a reactor, mass-spec calibration, and neuro-drug delivery to animals.

Fusion 4000 Syringe Pump
Complex Flow Controls

The Fusion 4000 multi-channel syringe pump allows both channels to be controlled independently. This allows the infusion system to dose variable-size syringes at different rates, for example, a saline & drug combination infusion or a catalyst & co-catalyst reagent addition into a reactor. Additionally, the Fusion 4000 multi-syringe pump also comes with continuous cycle mode (push-pull functionality) that will oscillate the syringe the 2 pump channels to provide non-stop flow.

How Do Chemyx Syringe Pumps Work?

A syringe pump is a small, positive-displacement pump used to gradually transfer precise volumes of fluid. Chemyx Fusion Series syringe pumps are all driven via a stepper motor. A lead screw, threaded through a pusher block, precisely turns the pump’s stepper motor. This causes the pusher block to move. The fluid ejects at an accurate […]

Common Reasons For Syringe Leakage

The components of even the most durable syringe will eventually fail. The most common symptom of failure may be leakage of your solvent from the syringe. The following are some common reasons for syringe leakage, as well as our recommended solutions. 1. Tip Connection The most common symptom of failure may be leakage of your […]

What To Do If Your Chemyx Syringe Pump Stalls

If you are starting to experience stalling issues with your Chemyx syringe pump system, there are a few questions to determine the root cause and get your motorized syringe pump working again. Does the pump stall without any syringes? If not, then the stall may have been caused by too much back pressure. Try using […]
